David Prose

Managing Partner

Prior to founding Net Trade, David was a partner at Resources Exchange International, a media barter company with offices in New York, Los Angeles and London. Resources Exchange International worked directly with clients on trade projects and held multi-year consulting agreements with two of the largest multinational marketing holding companies.

Previously, David spent 20 years at Icon International, the media trading and barter company owned by Omnicom (NYSE:OMC), a multinational marketplace-leading media and marketing holding company. As executive vice president, David was responsible for growing revenues from $14,000,000 in the early 90’s to over $700,000,000 in 2010. He built and ran in-house sales teams, as well as trading and investment teams. During his tenure, David worked with industry leading multinational clients and many of the largest ad agencies that represented these clients.

David Mozes

Director

David offers specific expertise in client account relations and management; media buying, planning and activation; and sales and marketing strategy.

David was previously vice president at Corinthian Media, where he won national accounts and provided strategic media buys for well-known brands including Snapple, Simon Properties and Six Flags. He also provided media services to boutique advertising agencies.

During his four years at Icon, a national leader in bartered media, David leveraged media positions to provide a strategic advantage to his clients. His past professional experience also includes several years in sales and marketing for live events, working with both Feld Entertainment and Madison Square Garden.

Trevor Caplan

Director of Business Development

Trevor Caplan leads business development at Net Trade.

During a seven-year stint at Icon International, the media trading company owned by Omnicom (NYSE:OMC), Trevor was responsible for a number of transactions with clients of all sizes, including multinational brands.

Trevor has worked with a number of healthcare-related companies including startup, TransEngen, where he worked with the founders to raise capital and manage channel partners such as Fifth-Third Bank and Worldpay. TransEngen enterprise payments platform was ultimately acquired.
